Break the cauliflower into florets and wash with water. Leave to the side.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the batter together until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix everything for the breadcrumb mixture together.
Get one floret and add to the batter. Once coated, add to the breadcrumb mix and coat. Once coated well, add to your Air Fryer. Do this for each cauliflower floret.
Select Air Fry and program the time for 10 minutes and temperature to 185 °C.
Add the cauliflower when prompted, and turn at halfway point for an even crisp.
