Vegan Air Fryer Doughnuts

Equipment

  • Vortex Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 80 ml maple syrup or golden syrup
  • 135 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Glaze:

  • 65 g cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 2 drops of pink food colouring

Toppings:

  • White chocolate
  • Pink Shimmer Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the milk, vinegar, vanilla extract, oil and maple syrup together in a bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Grease a Doughnut mould and add the mixture to each ring.
  • Then select Air Fry on your Vortex Air Fryer at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
  • Make the glaze by mixing the icing sugar, water and food colouring in a bowl until smooth.
  • Once the Doughnuts have cooled, glaze each Doughnut and add the toppings.
