Trail Mix Porridge
- Instant Pot Multi Pressure Cooker
- 80 g steel cut oats
- 375 ml Water
- 2 tsp butter
- 250 ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice from 1 large orange
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp chopped dried apricots
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir to combine. Lock lid.
- Select Pressure Cook (or Porridge/Oatmeal) and set the time for 10 minutes.
- When the cooking program finishes, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Stir the porridge and spoon the cooked oats into two bowls. Serve warm.
