Mix the peanut butter, sugar and egg together until the batter becomes thick. Mix in the chocolate chips until well combined.
Roll the cookies into balls and squash down into 1cm thick cookies with a fork. The cookies can now be frozen to enjoy later, when a cookie craving hits, or baked.
Place a small square of baking paper in your vortex mini, leaving a 1.5 cm border free of paper to allow air to circulate.
Place the cookies in the vortex, select the Bake function, and set the temperature to 160°C and time to 9 minutes. 5. Once cooked allow to cool until set, and easy to handle. Enjoy!
