Peanut Butter Air Fryer Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Salted Peanut Butter
  • 70-90 g Brown Sugar if your peanut butter is sweetened, used 70g of sugar, if unsweetened 90g
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips optional
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the peanut butter, sugar and egg together until the batter becomes thick. Mix in the chocolate chips until well combined.
  • Roll the cookies into balls and squash down into 1cm thick cookies with a fork. The cookies can now be frozen to enjoy later, when a cookie craving hits, or baked.
  • Place a small square of baking paper in your vortex mini, leaving a 1.5 cm border free of paper to allow air to circulate.
  • Place the cookies in the vortex, select the Bake function, and set the temperature to 160°C and time to 9 minutes. 5. Once cooked allow to cool until set, and easy to handle. Enjoy!
