
Crab Cakes with Aioli

Ingredients
Crab Cakes
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 500 g crabmeat thawed if frozen
- 220 g fresh bread crumbs
- 3 spring onions chopped
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and finely chopped
- 60 ml chopped fresh parsley
- Olive oil cooking spray
Easy Aioli
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves grated
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together crabmeat, bread crumbs, spring onions, bell pepper and parsley. Fold in mayonnaise mixture; mix well and shape into 8 patties.
- Select Air Fry and adjust the temperature to 200°C and set the time for 10 minutes then select Start. Preheat Vortex until display indicates Add Food.
- Whilst the crab cakes are cooking, make the aioli by combining all the aioli ingredients, then set to one side.
- When display indicates Turn Food, flip crab cakes over and continue to cook until golden.
- Serve with lemon wedges and Easy Aioli.
