Crab Cakes

  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 500 g crabmeat thawed if frozen
  • 220 g fresh bread crumbs
  • 3 spring onions chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 60 ml chopped fresh parsley
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Easy Aioli

  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges


  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together crabmeat, bread crumbs, spring onions, bell pepper and parsley. Fold in mayonnaise mixture; mix well and shape into 8 patties.
  • Select Air Fry and adjust the temperature to 200°C and set the time for 10 minutes then select Start. Preheat Vortex until display indicates Add Food.
  • Whilst the crab cakes are cooking, make the aioli by combining all the aioli ingredients, then set to one side.
  • When display indicates Turn Food, flip crab cakes over and continue to cook until golden.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and Easy Aioli.
