Chocolate Peanut Butter Porridge

  • Instant Pot Multi Pressure Cooker


  • Cooking spray
  • 50 g oats
  • 220 ml almond milk
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder optional
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate


  • Spray an oven-safe dish with cooking spray or olive oil to reduce sticking of the oats.
  • Add the milk, 80ml water, oats, cocoa powder and maple syrup ingredients to the dish and mix well making sure the cocoa powder is mixed in.
  • Add 250 ml of water to inner pot, then place the trivet inside and put the dish of oats on top.
  • Secure the lid and select Pressure cook. Set the timer for 4 mins and press start.
  • When the cooking program finishes, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Stir well before serving and top with peanut butter and dark chocolate.
