Ingredients
  

Wings seasoning

  • 1 Kg Chicken wings
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking powder
  • Salt to taste

Sauce

  • 148 ml hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder

Garnish

  • Spring onion
  • Coriander

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the wings, and then pat them dry.
  • Add all the listed seasonings to the wings, give it a mix and leave to marinate for a few hours.
  • Select Air Fry and set the temperature to 196 °c and the time for 20 minutes.
  • When prompted, add the chicken wings to the cooking chamber, leaving space between each wing.
  • Brush some oil on each and leave to cook in the Vortex.
  • Meanwhile, make the sauce by adding all the listed sauce ingredients to a pan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Once the wings are finished, add to a bowl and pour the sauce on top, coating every wing evenly in the sauce.
  • Garnish with spring onions and coriander.
