  • Vortex Air Fryer


  • 2 small chicken fillets
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 4-5 tbs Nandos Smokey BBQ marinade
  • 2 tbs Nandos Peri Peri rub
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt to taste


  • Make marinade with Smokey BBQ, peri peri rub, chilli powder, chilli flakes, garlic paste and salt.
  • Coat chicken fillets and leave for few hours or overnight to marinate.
  • Select AIR FRY on your Vortex and set the time for 12 mins and the temperature to 180 °C, and press start.
  • Add food when prompted and turn at halfway.
  • Enjoy hot!
