Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper, and leave to sit at room temperature for an hour before cooking.
When ready to cook, brush the steaks on both sides with the melted butter.
Select Air Fry and adjust the temperature to 205°C and the time to 15 minutes (for medium) 11minutes (for medium rare) or 18 minutes (medium well). Preheat Vortex until display indicates Add Food.
When prompted, add the steaks, and flip over when prompted to Turn Food.
When the cooking program is finished, leave the steaks to rest for 10minutes (still in the air fryer) then serve.
