Air Fryer Sirloin Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sirloin steaks about 1.25" thick
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper, and leave to sit at room temperature for an hour before cooking.
  • When ready to cook, brush the steaks on both sides with the melted butter.
  • Select Air Fry and adjust the temperature to 205°C and the time to 15 minutes (for medium) 11minutes (for medium rare) or 18 minutes (medium well). Preheat Vortex until display indicates Add Food.
  • When prompted, add the steaks, and flip over when prompted to Turn Food.
  • When the cooking program is finished, leave the steaks to rest for 10minutes (still in the air fryer) then serve.
