Rinse torn kale and dry thoroughly using a salad spinner and/or clean dish towel.
Place kale in a large bowl, drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Thoroughly massage oil into kale, ensuring every leaf is coated evenly with oil and seasoning.
Select Air Fry on the Vortex and adjust the temperature to 170°C and the time to 7 minutes, then touch Start to allow the Vortex to preheat.
When the display indicates Add Food, place the kale into the Frying chamber.
When prompted, turn the kale at the halfway point.
Once the program has finished, remove the chips and serve.
