Ingredients
  

  • 225 g curly kale central vein removed and torn into 2” pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse torn kale and dry thoroughly using a salad spinner and/or clean dish towel.
  • Place kale in a large bowl, drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Thoroughly massage oil into kale, ensuring every leaf is coated evenly with oil and seasoning.
  • Select Air Fry on the Vortex and adjust the temperature to 170°C and the time to 7 minutes, then touch Start to allow the Vortex to preheat.
  • When the display indicates Add Food, place the kale into the Frying chamber.
  • When prompted, turn the kale at the halfway point.
  • Once the program has finished, remove the chips and serve.
